Shipping Information

• All orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days upon verification of payment.
• The mode of delivery is SmartPac of SingPost or third party delivery and the delivery time is 2-3 days.
• We will not be responsible for any mishandling of parcel or lost mail caused by our courier partner. Damages cost will be beared by our courier partner and shall be negotiated between buyer and courier provider. We will not be responsible for claiming damages on behalf of buyer. Damages claims however is done based on a case to case basis and to the sole discretion of our courier partner. We are no way is able to guarantee definite refunds.
• Currently we do not support self collection.
• We are unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct product type and address have been inputted prior to making payment.
